One thing Dale missed is their EnterprisePRO product. They can grow revenue here without adding a lot of engineers. They get $30K+/yr (depending on size) for each ENterprisePRO contract. I am surprised that their fixed costs are not remaining level or increasing at a lower rate as they add engineers, unless they are having trouble keeping their billable hours up.
