It like many others seem designed to sell fear rather than do anything useful. Fear sells well.

Telling someone to make a healthy sack lunch of organic whole wheat bread, turkey and Swiss cheese and some mustard or olive oil based mayo with an apple and small cookie for lunch and making your own coffee to start the day will help you live longer and the $25 a day saved invested in the S&P 500 could double your retirement income from SS.... but nobody will pay for that sane advice.
