Pete, yesterday I called 508-884 8820 and spoke to MrDoc,

to hear about the latest progresses made in the marketing of Bontempi instruments in the USA... Tony was very upbeat and believes that NBMX will easily meet its Revenue Target of $27 Millions for 1999. Based on the sales he think he can generate, we should see numbers well in excess of what was originally projected.... Mercifully, he promised not to update the Revenue projections until May 2000, one month prior to the end of the Fiscal Year for NBMX...

If an investor feels discouraged with the stock price or lack of News and contemplates selling, give MrDoc a call first: it may change your mind... We may see regular Bulletins issued by NBMX, perhaps on a weekly basis to inform shareholders of salient events... Everything seems to be lining up properly and the potential of the Bontempi instruments is very real, besides that of the Infomercials...

With dedicated efforts, 5% of the USA market, worth some $65 Millions in sales could be acquired fairly rapidly and longer term there is every reason to believe that Bontempi could control 20% ($260 Millions in sales) of the Market... As a result, shareholders should take the longer view when investing in NBMX, one year or more, for which they should be amply rewarded...

In a couple years, we might well see a stock price in the $4.00 to $5.00 range and the opportunity for NBMX to list on NASDAQ... So my advice is: get physical delivery of your shares Certificates, so nobody can borrow your shares for shorting purposes and don't look at them till end of June 2000, at the earliest... Play some other stocks in the meantime: I know I will....

Regards, F. Goelo + + +
