When it comes to Local Policing and the Maintenance of Law and Order in a State, City or Town that's primarily in the hands of the State Governors and the Mayors. BUT when it comes to the breaking of Federal Laws that is when the Federal Authorities, such as the FBI, can ACT UNDER THE ORDER AND DIRECTION OF THE PRESIDENT WITHOUT ANY PERMISSION REQUIRED FROM A GOVERNOR OR MAYOR
In fact, at "this stage in the proceedings" this is what the President needs to do much more of. He should be sending in the Federal Law Officers to investigate/arrest those individuals breaking ANY FEDERAL LAW AND MARCHING THEM OFF to stand before a Federal Judge, and when found guilty be sent off to a FEDERAL PRISON which is FAR REMOVED FROM THE SENTENCE AND INCARCERATION THAT THEY WOULD RECEIVE FROM SOME WISHY-WASHY, LOWER COURT NINCOMPOOP.
There would be NO MORE +/-$100 bail and back out onto the streets again !!!
