Bill, yes trust level of management is an issue. 1. Sometimes it's better to know that mgmt. can/might/is willing to hurt you, than to not know this about a management and then get blindsided. 2. This weekend I found another value internet company - Hollinger - HLR-- billion dollar newspaper co. also paying a dividend. My opinion (and what I am doing) is to diversify between the two, LPGLY and HLR. HLR looks to me to be more substantial, more 'trustworthy'-- I've committed substantially more funds to it. (FWIW, still holding all my LPGLY -- and I added some past week at levels higher than now.) Paul
