Richard, I pay AOL 19.95 for 20 hours and 19.95 for my server with
unlimited use.....what you don't know and, it seens to me that your
not alone,is that you get MORE on AOL. It would take me too long to
discribe SOME of the benefits but I'll give you one you should be able to relate to. On Networth quote service by Gault Technology for example...
On your server you can get charts only for american stocks but with
AOL, Networth quote service by Gault Tech.,gives you charts for
canadian issues. Right NOW, could you find out what a stock is trading
for in another part of the world and could you fill in a form with your name and address and, on-line, begin to trade that stock? NO, you
cannot..... The Broker would have to mail you info that you must fill
out and then return the info back to him with a check that MUST clear
(this takes about 10-14 days) and my friend, I would have already bought the stock and sold it at a profit! Please don't e-mail back to
tell me you can get charts on Candian stock on your server, I already
know that, I'm just using one company for example, who, you can log on
to via the net or via AOL. The advantage to AOL is you can do more and get more info without subscribing to most of the services YOU would have to pay for, to get the same up to date info as I do. Why do you think
