japan has been a big seller of u.s. equities..all in an effort to paint their tape for their fiscal year end march 31.
the media harping on their rally due to cutting rates to zero is just more bull.
the ONLY reason they rallied was due to the proceeds from u.s. equity sales and pumping it in their own markets.

i'm not convinced japan banks can "book" enough profits to prevent sh*t from hitting the fan next month...but we shall see in a couple of weeks.
