We know the reasons why Israel is unlikely to be more Trumanesque, and the Pals do too, they are counting on it. Just think for a moment what would be the result if they tried this sh-t in Jordan. Actually you don't have to think, October 1970 gives you the answer. More Palestinians died in one week than died in this whole intifada. But who cares? When Arabs kill each other, there's no story.
