Of course the bottom line number is important, but the top line, margins, growth, etc. are equally important. Don't forget, last quarter, Dell exceeded the bottom line by a cent, but the revenue was off. That's why the stock dropped in price. Revenue growth fell-off from 50+% to 38%.
