For Those Of You Interested in Knowing What Transpired at the Glimmer (Baffinland) Meeting of January 15th. I Got an E-Mail from the Company. " Please find attached the proxy information circular that details the transaction that occurred at yesterdays special shareholder's meeting. All resolutions were approved unanimously. Glimmer Resources and Baffinland Iron Mines Limited have become Baffinland Iron Mines Corporation. The stock should be trading in the next few days, dependent upon the Regulators. The symbol applied for is BIM on the TSX Venture Exchange, however the Regulators have not yet approved the symbol.
