Paul was not just an investor

he was an insider and the company attorney. The suit wasn't "settled." It was the usual SEC language. They never said he was innocent. He pled poverty in that case. He was not allowed to practice law in front of the SEC for I think 36 months. That says a lot.

That wasn't the first time he was sued by the SEC or investors. He's been sued by investors as well for stolen stock certificates and securities fraud. The guy is a con man. He's never had a successful business. Obviously, he doesn't want to or need to be successful because he runs scams.
