Barbara: re your comment:

"Wally eg: has stated before that he does not know about SEC filings.Lord help us all if we can't discuss the TOPIC AT HAND and trust me hon, it sure as hell is not me,,, Barbara"

While the above is an accurate paraphrase of a recent comment of mine, I DO read the filings. I am simply not well enough versed in SEC lingo to comment on their meaning, nor am I predisposed to become expert in this field. SEC filings are complex, long - and long-winded and demand more than a 50 cent education to interpret properly, yet alone master. I chatted recently with a company president (not MS) who is currently plodding down the SEC filing path and even he is confounded by the rules and regulations - despite having a team of accountants at his disposal. His company has had to amend its paperwork on numerous passes and it is still in the SEC meat grinder.
And believe me, these people are neither crooks nor fools.
In short, if the people who do this for a living have major SEC problems I'm sure as hell not going to assume an omniscient stance on the SEC rule book and its myriad of subchapters.
I don't know - so I don't comment.
A Bulletin Board stock AND the SEC are both (to borrow a Churchill quote) "riddle(s) wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma." Put 'em both together and we're talking CIA territory (see conspiracy theories below).
My expertise is in multimedia and that has been of some personal DD value in taking my own measure of Financial Intranet. I have also taken measure of management by researching their past enterprises and business relationships. Finally, I have enough common sense to examine the company they keep - in other words, what kind of companies they partner with, what kind of suppliers they use and what logical and positive progression they exhibit in growing business relationships.
So despite being SEC impaired, the aforementioned "Lord" IS helping me out a bit.
In the interim I leave the field of SEC expertise to the CHorns and BHunts of the thread. I have grown to trust their (and others) collective knowledge and opinions in areas that are far beyond my humble reach. If your personal strengths allow you to intellectually debate these specific facets within "the topic at hand," duke it out with those in the know and don't assume lack of interest from others.
I read EVERY post on this thread - and you can trust that I will read everyone's opinion attentively in an attempt to draw from the discussion what I may.
Finally, in regard to the attempted "bribe" by "one certain poster" on this thread, I trust it was just one poster and whatever the offer over whatever the issue, you didn't accept the pay-off. I'm still wrapped up in this week's Kennedy Casket Conspiracy. Until that one passes I really don't have room in my already overburdened brain for more.
Always respectfully,
Wally
