I doubt that kind of detail will be made public, but it's a good question and a good point. look if you were the prosecutor, would you want this guy running off to the mid east to his hotel, and he gets off scott free, since he's smart enough to go to a country that will not extradite him September 11th has made us take a look at the hard questions about whether we as American citizens want to allow people who are not born in the USA to be able to come here and retain dual citizenships with countries that have very active anti American protest groups who also could have affiliation with terrorist cells. When events like Pearl Harbor and Sept 11th occur, it forces the Citizens of the US to take sides on some issues, and it also mandates that the environment of permissiveness be reined in a bit. John
