Good questions Steve. I don't have the report in front of me, so I can't answer all of them, but I can only make a few guesses.
First, with all the compitition out there the dollars to seat ratio should be about the same for everyone.
Second, all the major players have (or should have) been growing at about the same rate (80%-100% y/y), so the numbers from last year are more important the all the prior years combined.

If you want to compare numbers and come up with your own percentages,
Here are a few I have seen.
as of 9/30/97, RMDY had 4700 sites and 2500 customers.
at the end of 96, RMDY claimed 3400 sites and 1850 customers.
at the end of 96, VNTV claimed 316 customers, SCOP < 300, and CLFY about 250.

By comparing revenues it looks like RMDY may only be getting 20% of the seats/customer, but at the same time are selling to 5 times more customers. We could continue trying to take apart the numbers more and more, like what seats are IHD, CIS, etc., and are they from VARs, partners, or what, but I suspect it would take more than the two of us to find all the answers.

My only reason for posting the summary was to contribute something more impartial than the usual "the conference call sounded really positive"

Now after all my rambling, did I address *any* of your questions?
