Cust care says that the target date of 800# calls is the end of May. The lack of incoming roaming to Mexico is a software glitch at the Clifton gw as it does not want to recognize calls going into Mexico. The problem is only with Clifton, not the other gw's per my understanding and they are working on it 24 hrs a day. It will be solved.

Oh, they also assured me they are very very busy and signing new users up daily.
