I have flied several times and so far have not been exposed to any of this, but i was sitted next to a guy who flies all the time and he objected to the special new screens and he said that the way they searched him he felt uncomfortable and violated and would never choose that option again. I prefer not to fly anyway but sometimes its unavoidable. OTOH I imagine that if you fly privately you are not subjected to this kind of stuff. so its always like that " noblesse oblige" . at least in the united states one can move between the classes, in other countries that may be impossible.
