Kenneth, In WA, Zimmerman would have been prosecuted and would have to sell his story of self defense to a jury. In Fl, the burden of proof is on the state to disprove the claim of self defense.


Many individuals do not understand how important the "burden of proof," change from the plaintiff to the defendant is in a legal case or visa versa.
