My point is that the best way to end up with a $6 1/2 basis stock on a $50 stock is by buying and holding solid leadership comanies for several years. My basis in INTC is in the mid 20's. I was tempted to sell many times on peaks but reminded myself that the fundamentals have not changed. I am hoping in 3-4 years my basis in USRX will look equally attractive. Like I said before, each person has to use whatever style fits their needs best. I have found my strtegy (for me) provides the best returns vs. effort and risk.
