TransForce Income Fund (TIF.UN.T, C$7.45, -C$0.34, -4.4%) plans to convert back into a corporation and establish an annual dividend of C$0.40 a share. It said it considered a number of restructuring alternatives.

So - A $0.40 dividend works out to around 5% at present valuation.

Interesting to see the unitholder vote results on May 12.
