6 October 2015 There has been a lot going on with Gridline over the last several weeks. In terms of Equatorial Guinea the team is flying over on October 11, 2015 to finish the formation of the company that is the Joint Venture between the government of Equatorial Guinea and Gridline This company is called Gridline Africa. While in Equatorial Guinea they will pick up the necessary documentation for the sovereign guarantee, and their project funding will be available within two weeks. Also, this funding will repay the company for their expenses incurred over the last couple of years associated with this protracted contracting process. The bank that is funding the work in Equatorial Guinea is also, but separately, funding the project in Cheshire County in the UK. This is a smaller project that is very practical and profitable. In a new development, Gridline has been awarded a contract with the Mexican government for the installation of tracking and monitoring on new alternative energy systems. This is a 5 year, $32,000,000 project with installation beginning in January 2016. It looks like Gridline will have a busy end of 2015 and 2016, as they kick off several projects.
