Maybe the question should be not who is buying/selling rather why?? If it is market makers, who are they trying to make a market for ?? Surley someone is not just throwing 15 grand away. I am surprise that there is anyone other than me that would do something like that. It would be good to get SOME news about what is going on with SISKON, good, bad or indifference.
