thecow, I just received an offer from MSN: free installation and free modem for DSL, then $40 per month. I'm thinking hard about it. The DSL provider is actually North Point. I'm into my 2nd year of a 3 year commitment with MSN, so have to ask if the offer applies to existing users of MSN. MSN is not perfect, of course, but no disconnects makes up for a lot of other sins.
