Interesting St. Heart case

There was a company working for Norton motorcycles that released a press release to the effect that they will be suing Norton and that the company is unethical and tries to bully people. Sounds just like this guys post but of course a press release is more official. Then Norton released a press release stating that the subcontractor was basically lying as they were upset that they'd been fired. Norton then went bankrupt. There was no lawsuit on either side. Norton was a public company at the time and the stock dumped when the subcontractor released his news. I guess someone has to complain about you for the SEC to do anything.
