Ok, you're finally coming around to the facts. Great. He was NOT disbarred; you've admited that error. He also was not convicted of perjury, thus in the eyes of the law he did not commit perjury. That's the way the law works in our country; innocent until PROVEN guilty.

Like I said a while back: facts are slippery things. You've got to grasp them tightly, or they'll slip away, and you're left empty handed...
