Dan, I know CPU generates sales thru telephone and catalog sales as well as educational computer classes and PC upgrades/servicing. These are all service type revenues that Best Buy should be able to but has not taken advantages of. I checked out BBY's website and altho' I think it's good, it's not going attract first time buyers (need one to get there). There certainly are room for improvements. This company is not dead. As for CC, I stop shopping there when BBY moved into town. Instead of counting on sales of warranties to jack up their profit margins, they should be generating sales thru CPU means. I don't expect to be in BBY long, if I'm wrong...I'll bail. Mike
