To put everything in perspective;we are up today because of the emergency opec meeting and the Hal deal.I have a feeling if the opec deal falls through and nothing is accomplished then we'll go back down.There's alot of euphoria today and this could be the start of something big but it all hinges on OPEC.TA doesn't lie.It has been right during the big slide and P&F has been right so watch it.GD
