jrhana, I remember when they used to call coconut oil "tropical grease" Now it's the latest thing? Supposedly those ads were paid for vegetable oil makers. And now, it is emerging how harmful these Omega 6 oils have turned to be (in such high quantities). I wonder if that other famous tropical grease, palm oil has also received absolution. Times change. I have not heard much about Palm oil, but it is in the same class as coconut oil, so it is better (safer) than vegetable oils. What's next? A full circle will be completed: Lard. Joe
