Agree with much of what Stockman says. But we can repeat the prior bubble in magnitude of upward slope only if credit gets real lose again.. Plus he mentions 'speculators' paying all cash for distressed in the ground zero markets and keeping them as rental property with nice cash flow.. That is a lot different than the prior bubble.. Now the real bubble is prices in great hoods of gateway cities where the robber barons live BUT doesn't appear there is much speculation there either... Bond bubble is the granddaddy of them all this cycle needing to burst before the other dominoes fall?....
