Scumbria ...Why didn't he request this two weeks ago? He has compromised his position to a point where he needs to resign. Scalia can't demand that Fl. do anything. All he can do is rule on whether the law as it is currently, is legal according to the constitution. The simple truth is that Gores legal team, by suing PB or Brouward county to include the dimpled ballots was changing the normal rules for counting the votes after the election; and that is against the US constitution, period. Gores legal team bought this ruling upon themselves. What did they expect? Quit blaming the USSC for demanding the Fl. Supreme ct. follow the law.
