I had pepper steak at The Outback a couple weeks ago. It was delicious. Never tried it at home. Never used olive oil on a steak either. Garlic I always have. Is that pepper the common stuff out of a shaker or do I need to grind some? I'm a little afraid to try that one. Do you use a tenderizer? I nearly always do as I've been told it's beneficial for digestion.
