Michelle - Let's be more sensible about this - California has more cars than people. Just because you don't have a car doesn't mean you've never gotten a driver's license. If you want a bank account you'd better have ID. The percentage of people who don't have a driver's license or picture ID because they don't drive is tiny compared to the number of people who don't have one because they can't legally get one and shouldn't be recruited to vote. Mr. K.
