George- you're starting to get stressed out here. As a short, one of the cardinal rules I'm sure you're aware of is you can't fight the momentum of the market. Regardless of the fundamentals, the momentum for this stock and the techs has clearly changed. That means even a minor positive earnings surprise will be considered very good news and be reflected in the stock price. A good trader knows when to cut his losses and move onto greener pastures. May I recommend VIAS, VVUS or AOL as a safer haven for short interest.
