Schwab 500 - I agree Bart. I have been trying to buy to cover and to establish new positions but can't get through to Schwab - either web site or on the phone. I could get through all day yesterday. It is my feeeling that the magt of Scwhab thinks they are doing the public a favor not to let them get through. They have the capacity to handle the volume. I am going to talk to the management, get reimbursement , and switch brokers.
