and Wilmington, Del.-based Vimrx Pharmaceuticals Inc. L. William
McIntosh, formerly executive vice president of business development
and CFO at Vimrx, was named president and CEO, and John Osth,
president of Baxter's Immunotherapy Division, was named COO.
