to all, the ACMG annual meeting has been postponed. the SEC requires the company to file the appropriate paperwork 10 days before the meeting. since the company did not, the SEC informed the company that they must delay the meeting. the company is in the process of compiling the documents in accordance with the regulations. this should be done promptly and the meeting will be held as soon as possible. call bill moeller at 801 756 1414 for more information.
