Robert-I started with about $7,000 worth of WHAC; after the conversion, I now have a whopping 353 shares of NGLD. You can see why I have not been too enthused about the stock. If it's as good as you say, maybe I'll regain my enthusiasm and buy more (if I can). Do you have any info on the co. other than that contained in the EDGAR? Meanwhile, I'll look into how you (and possibly I) can buy shares. John
