Craigt here's the answer ....from RB....

Global Interactive is the Casino Manager...
Global owns the Starnet License, the gaming license, the servers and does all development. The Licensee's (FASC) responsibility is promotion. Global sells "Front Doors" to their Starnet casino. FASC gets in at about $40-60K rather than the $150-200K it would take to purchase the Starnet S/W, gaming license and network hardware. In return, FASC pays a percentage of winnings back to Global Interactive (30-40%). There are many Global Interactive Casino licensees like Kingdom Casino, High Roller Casino, Safari Casino, Classic Casino, Hollywood Gold ...and all the domains are registered to GI because they provide a turn-key casino operation. GI is not going public...I asked.
