Bruce, Per your post: "We must all stay upon this until we are either listed, sold or your
rightfully requested shares are delivered. This is not the time to drop the ball and think
that your cert call does not make a difference, because it does!"

I agree 100%. Just how large our short position is, will not be known until an event such as the Wavetech merger forces all of it to be covered. Based on the very long time (for over 1 year) that our stock appeared to be forced down despite known heavy buying and excellent news, I am willing to bet that our short is still very large, so that calling in our certs. is likely putting pressure on that group to buy shares out of the market. I think that it's too much of a coincidence that since the cert. call started that our stock has gained as much as it has. Calling in our certs. also should make it harder for new short positions to develop in our stock. For myself, the shares I called in are not for sale unless something drastic changes, so I don't worry about selling them. I do know however that with DLJ, that there is even an option in the online software to "sell shares not in account" that I assume could be used to technically sell short at any time and then send the certs. in within the allotted 3 days. I just have not been concerned about this enough to follow up on it, but will do so since there seems to be some concern. The only way to be 100% sure that the shares that all of us own are not being used against us, is to have them in certificate form. The very fact that some brokerage houses are resisting delivering the shares called, should be taken as being highly probable that our cert call IS working. Keep the pressure on!

James
