Doug Fant found SEMX and BIOI on SI - I ran the financials when he sent them to me and they looked good so I got the investor packet with the 10K etc. Both look good, are in growing industries - they just missed earnings a little. Also ran a literature search for the last two years on both companies - articles are positive, good outlook, appear to be no hidden bombshells. In any event I've looked at YORK a while back and liked what I saw, but did not buy for one reason or another. Joe
