Cap: I am happy you are back. About R&D, Technology and Software, those concepts are defined seperately. You need to understand them completely. Like RMBS, RBAK and TIBX, NUAN's product is software which is considered a new tech in Voice Web field. Since this is NUAN thread, I do not like to discuss EXTR too much. It is truly a service firm. You can disagree with me. Please read its S-1. About Voice Reg market, there are a few research articles about. Please read NUAN or SPWX news. I am bullish to this stock.
