Absolutely, Bill. As CEO, Mr. King has a fiduciary duty to his shareholders, does he not? Being "cute" albeit deceptive and misleading is not acceptable behavior for a corporate chief executive. I do not believe that the SEC will accept an argument in his defense that is based on semantics, and nothing more. Personally, I am looking forward to more developments. Good luck, RB
