I haven't heard anything about it having been sold...but they did offer it to Marvin Davis after his big find for $10 Million dollars of something near that....and isn't that property near or close to the other property holdings they have....so ultimately, they don't have to hold out to sell it to Marvin Davis before the company see a tidy profit from it....remember they recently acquired a real estate company which had quite a large amount of holdings in the Houston area, I might be wrong, but I'm thinking they have an idea of what they might want to do with all that property and it's going to bring in a lot more revenues.
