The company has also applied for a new cusip number. Management is continuing to seek viable companies for merger candidates. 1. They're telling you they are looking for a fresh start by changing the name to SERAC .
2.They have applied for a new cusip #,which requires all brokerage firms,etc. To account for all shares.(Naked Shorting Law now in effect).Short Squeeze,,,,
3.They didn't pull a Reverse split with the name change and cusip # request,which they could have easily accomplished.
4.They are telling you that they are searching for merger candidates,but in reality ,one or two may have already been found,,,,,,just a hunch,,,but seems implied by the wording.
5.They are telling their "Loyal" (longs I'm sure) Shareholders to stay the course,,,A big tip off that ,,there is more to come and it will be nothing but good.
