Not that the market needs any added fuel, but I just saw a wire services story that CA's Fed governor (Parry) issued a statement that he sees 'significant' downside risk to California's high tech economy due to the electricity supply fiasco, added that he sees the need for further rate hikes, and as a chaser, stated that CA's handling of this has been 'appalling'...
