PLASTICON INTERNATIONAL, INC.

LEXINGTON, KY, September 21, 2004 - Wicklund Holding Company announced that effective today its new corporate name is Plasticon International, Inc. Additionally, the company’s shares will now trade on the Pink Sheets under the new symbol: PLNI with a new CUSIP number of 727563108.
Holders of shares bearing the former corporate name of Wicklund Holding Company must submit their certificates to the company’s transfer agent, First American Stock Transfer, 706 E. Bell Rd., Suite 202, Phoenix, AZ 85022, 602-485-1346, web site: firstamericanstock.com , email: fastcoinc@aol.com, in order to have share certificates issued with the new corporate name and CUSIP number.
