i've just located MAPX on my radar and plugged the numbers into my FCF model. assuming a forward revenue growth of 25% (see first call) and a forward operating margin of 24%, which is in line with the ERP industry, i arrive at an FCF share price in excess of $25. in this vastly overpriced market where most valuations reveal prices half of the market caps, i have to ask myself whether i'm dreaming or whether MAPX is going to sink like lead. is there something we don't know? any one want to take a position on MAPX's future growth and operating margin? based on the numbers i dug up, MAPX is vastly undervalued.
