Are there any realistic prospects so far for hiring an attorney to represent shareholders? If not, I'm willing to prepare the draft legal document and a brief requesting the appointment of an official committee to represent the equity shareholders (preferred and common). I hold both some common and preferreds in ATPG, and I have a legal background. This could reduce the cost of hiring an attorney. I also have a few lawyer friends in Texas, but not that specialize in bankruptcy issues.
