Who got the most votes? Bush. Wrong! No its right. GW got the most electoral votes. We know who won the popular votes but we will never know who won the electoral votes because of the Sup. Ct's intercession. No GW did get the most electoral votes. He got FL's electoral votes. He also as far as can be told received the most popular votes in FL, but even if he did not he still received FL's electoral votes and thus the largest amount of electoral votes in the election. Tim
