Kanakaris Communications Inc. (OTC BB:KANA-news) Friday announced that
it has formed an alliance with American Benefits Group Inc. (OTC
BB:ABFG), whereby ABFG's TheGemStore.com and RodeoIsland.com will be
providing product lines, licensing, Internet infrastructure, sales and
customer service in conjunction with the Internet LifeStyle Network, a
Kanakaris Web-based venture.
Kanakaris will be providing online distribution within 45 days at ILSN
for ABFG products, which will include an interactive gem site and a new
Millennium product created for Kanakaris by ABFG, Pink Sapphires. These
rare gems will join the OPCON-2000(TM) personal computer enclosure
system and Blonde Brut(TM) and Platinum Blonde sparkling wines as
Kanakaris proprietary products. Other ABFG product lines available at
ILSN will include vitamin and travel related offerings.
