Hi Breeze, Much like Dec 2018, another day of fear and loading up on discounted shares = further accumulation. Fast price rise will not happen till current BS excuse looses emotional fear. The retail buyers start to bid up price and market makers realize the best money is in a markup of price. Cheif has it right, the clx offsets assure it - just takes another day. Thanks for update!
